How Coaching Works
You schedule and commit in advance — To
establish accountability, I ask that you select a
Coaching Plan and make an initial commitment to the
process of coaching. Making the commitment is crucial
because all of us sometimes think of quitting when the going
gets tough. The fact is that success usually appears after
the going gets tough. Because you have made a commitment,
staying the course is more likely.
I'm available — In addition to
prescheduled 45-minute sessions, I have ongoing e-mail
communication with clients, as well as brief check in calls
when clients want to report a triumph, request a resource,
or otherwise check in.
I'm paid in advance — for each month's
coaching. My fee plans are detailed on the
Fee Schedule page.
I usually coach by phone — Using the
phone is a practical solution that saves time and energy and
allows me to work with people all over the country and all
over the world. |
